About Charlotte Baker

I have been competing in agility since 2017 and have been teaching for a few years now. My big passion in life is my dogs and I train and compete them in agility frequently, as well as focusing on their fitness all year round and ensuring they have the best lives possible. I have 4 dogs, all at different levels and stages of their agility careers.

Some of my biggest achievements so far have been:
•⁠ ⁠Winning 2 championship tickets and qualifying to compete in the main arena at Crufts 2023, 2024 and 2025
•⁠ ⁠Crufts ABC Jumping winner 2025
•⁠ ⁠Bronze medal at the IMCA World Championships 2024
•⁠ ⁠2nd overall at the London International Horse Show 2024
•⁠ ⁠Represented England in 2022, 2023 and 2024 at the World Agility Open Championships
•⁠ ⁠Represented the UK in 2022, 2023 and 2024 at the IMCA world championships
•⁠ ⁠Qualified for A4A Grand Finals 2018-26 – Junior Masters champion in 2 heights 2021 and overall class winner 2025
•⁠ ⁠Competing in the Young Kennel Club arena at Crufts 2019-25
•⁠ ⁠Overall medium champion at British Agility Cup ABC challenge 2023 and 2025
•⁠ ⁠Open Junior Agility Championship medium winner and small runner up 2022
•⁠ ⁠Qualified for Novice Cup at LIHS 2026
•⁠ ⁠Winner of the Young Kennel Club pairs at Crufts 2023

I am a qualified A4A judge and have had multiple judging appointments which I really enjoy. Alongside agility, I completed an HND in Animal Management and am now doing an Open University degree, alongside dog training.

I have got a great range of customers at WEBB Agility already – some who do it for fun and some who want to compete at a high level. I invest in every single partnership and I get a lot of pride watching them succeed and enjoy their dogs.
